Dialysis Nurse

### Job Summary:
(Dialysis Experience Required) We are seeking a skilled, experienced, and compassionate RN or LPN to join our Dialysis team. As a Home Hemodialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing specialized care to patients with kidney disease. Your expertise and dedication will make a significant impact on the lives of our patients.

### Duties:
- Perform in home nurse lead dialysis treatments (up to $250 per treatment plus mileage) according to established protocols and physician orders
- Monitor patients during dialysis treatment and make necessary adjustments to ensure their safety and well-being
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
- Assess patients' physical and emotional status and provide appropriate nursing interventions
- Educate patients and their families about kidney disease, dialysis procedures, and self-care measures
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop individualized care plans for each patient
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely

### Skills:

- Experience in cannulation and catheter procedures
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
