NXPs' Wireless Connectivity team currently has job opening in the following area(s):
DFT Design Engineer
Responsibilities:
- MBIST flow implementation/automation
- Scan/EDT insertion and ATPG with Mentor tools
- Verification of DFT Logic and analysis of fault coverage
- Timing analysis for DFT Modes
- ATE bring-up
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate MUST be BS or above degree in CS/EE or related technical field(s)
- Up to 2 years of work experience, including Internships
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of DFT fundamentals
- Knowledge of Logic design & Static timing analysis
- Knowledge of Verilog, SV and any scripting language (perl, etc)
The base salary range for this position is as mentioned below per year. We also provide competitive benefits, incentive compensation, and/or equity for certain roles. Company benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and paid leave. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation may vary based on a number of factors such as qualifications, skill level, work location, and other business and organizational needs. This base pay range is specific to California and is not applicable to other locations. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range as of the date of this posting is: $120,000 to $140,000., annually.
