Wage: $18 per hour

Community Horizons is assisting in the recruitment process for a personal caregiver to provide top-notch care to a member in her home. The member is seeking a caring, dependable, passionate caregiver to help maintain an independent lifestyle.

Tasks:

· Assistance in getting dressed/undressed.

· Applying Bio Freeze

· Light housekeeping

· Laundry

· Shower assistance.

Ideal Candidate:

· Kind

· Motivated

· Caregiving Experience

· Excellent communication skills

· Must pass caregiver background check.

Community Horizons offers support for individuals enrolled in self-directed programs through Managed Care Organizations or IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) throughout Wisconsin. Self-direction gives program participants the choice over who provides services and how they receive them. • Morning shift
• Weekends as needed
