Devops/System Administrator

Rivermatrix is seeking a DevOps/System Administrator. [ Up to 30% Telework ]

Desired technical skills include experience with:

· General DevOps using Unix/Linux, to include bash, scripting, ftp, .sh, etc and system monitoring

· GIT repositories, GitPipelines, Argo; tag/release/build processes

· NiagaraFiles (NiFi)

· General development/staging/coop/production environment management and deployments

· Understanding of distributed computing environments (cloud/internet)

· Java environments

· Docker, DockerHub (container images)

· Kubernetes, RKE, multi-master/node installations, YAML files, persistent volumes

· ZooKeeper, BookKeeper, multi-failover installations

Other optional technical skills include experience with:

· Redis/KeyDB

· Cassandra

· Elasticsearch

· Kafka, Pulsar

· Heron (or Storm)

· Grafana, Kabana, Prometheus

· Knowledge of working with the GECC and handling outages

· Knowledge of SIGINT data flows

At least seven (7) years of experience* as a software engineer and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline is required.
