Role and Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential program participants to explain the benefits of the Free Phones and Tablets Program.
- Assist individuals in the sign-up process, including completing necessary forms and documentation.
- Provide clear and accurate information about the program's features, eligibility criteria, and device functionalities.
- Answer questions and address concerns from prospective participants in a friendly and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth onboarding and distribution of devices to qualified participants.
- Maintain detailed records of sign-ups, interactions, and feedback for reporting purposes.
- Participate in community outreach events and campaigns to promote the program and expand its reach.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using digital devices and basic computer applications.
- Empathetic and patient, with a genuine desire to help others.
- Previous experience in customer service, community outreach, or sales is a plus.
- Bilingual language skills are an advantage but not required.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $400.00 - $1,000.00 per week
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
Shift:
- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
