Device Agent - Free Phones and Tablets Program

Role and Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential program participants to explain the benefits of the Free Phones and Tablets Program.
• Assist individuals in the sign-up process, including completing necessary forms and documentation.
• Provide clear and accurate information about the program's features, eligibility criteria, and device functionalities.
• Answer questions and address concerns from prospective participants in a friendly and professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth onboarding and distribution of devices to qualified participants.
• Maintain detailed records of sign-ups, interactions, and feedback for reporting purposes.
• Participate in community outreach events and campaigns to promote the program and expand its reach.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using digital devices and basic computer applications.
• Empathetic and patient, with a genuine desire to help others.
• Previous experience in customer service, community outreach, or sales is a plus.
• Bilingual language skills are an advantage but not required.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $400.00 - $1,000.00 per week

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
