We are hiring for a Detailer who possesses the ability to:
- Perform detail jobs
- Perform polishing work
- Ceramic Coating application knowledge a PLUS – but not required – we will train!
We are Courtesy, a local family-owned business that has been operating franchised automobile dealerships in Arizona and California. Due to the growth of both our brand and franchise, we are looking to add a Service Technician to the team. Courtesy Volvo is also the ONLY franchised Polestar franchise in the state of Arizona, with a new dedicated Polestar Space in the Scottsdale Fashion Square since April 2022.

Responsibilities
- Clean, wax, polish, refurbish and detail vehicles, as well as old and new vehicles
- Inspect finished products to ensure the highest quality service
- Understand and deliver on specific customer requirements
- Directly report any damage to the supervising manager in a clear and timely fashion
- Coordinate and arrange work effectively with team members
- Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to positively represent the organization
- Other duties as assigned
