Detailed Oriented Member for Music Publishing Company

Looking for a dedicated new team member who is detail oriented, has a good work ethic and is willing to grow professionally.

Must be timely, generally enthusiastic and open to learning. Show up on time and be ready to hold down the fort. You would be working directly with the C.O.O. and the C.E.O. of the company. Professional demeanor is a must.

What does it mean to hold down the fort? Show up on time, ask questions, stay engaged. We need someone to geek out on the details, supporting the organization of our projects. Must be able to work well independently and keep a regular schedule. Must be Mac literate, appreciate music, the value of words and common sense.

This is at will probationary employment.

Starting days would be Tuesday- Thursday 10am-4pm in Bellflower, with the ability to work more hours/ earn pay increase if we are a fit.

Desired skills: Familiarity with Apple products and programs, Spotify, Safari, and Google are a must. We work in a Mac environment. Knowledge with Numbers and or Excel are also required. Tasks include but are not limited to: Managing the travel database for our band, scheduling appointments and travel details on behalf of senior staff.
