Responsibilities
- Be a self-starter with excellent communication skills that include a technical vocabulary
- Responsible for supporting and managing simple and complex technical issues
- Support and lead desktop technicians with market projects and new implementations
- All standard support will be traced and logged in the approved ticketing system and projects will be documented based on the requirements of the project
Qualifications
Job Requirements
- Associates' degree in Information Systems / Computer Science or equivalent technical training
- Successful work experience handling ticket assignment
- Experience in hardware troubleshooting\restoring Desktop, Laptop and Printers to a functional level
- minimum of 2 years experience working with microsoft operating systems and applications (word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint)
Preferred Job Requirements
- Experience working with MS project
- CompTIA Certifications and desired (A+, Network+, security+, MCP, etc) or equivalent Certification
- Experience in a Desktop Support role or equivalent in a large corporate environment
- ExoerienceHealth Care IT support
