A client of ours in the Visalia and Southern Central Valley, California is looking to bring on new Level II Desktop Support Technicians, eager to provide full technical escalation support for the firm’s local client base. The organization supports clients across industry and is looking for individuals with 5 years or more of experience, and an interest in dynamic, ever-changing days. This individual will be an important member of a quickly growing technical team that is involved in structuring, supporting, designing, and troubleshooting technical infrastructure needs. This position will start as a 3-to-6-month contract that may extend long term or lead to a permanent hire. The position also expects the individual to be onsite and able to travel to local client sites as needed. To assist with travel needs, a company vehicle (likely a Tesla) will be provided for all individuals that occupy this position.

Additional Main Requirements

• Provide Tier 2 escalation support to clients and Tier 1 as needed

• Diagnose end-user problems and create document resolution plans to solve their issues

• Carry expertise in hardware troubleshooting that includes computers, peripheral devices, HDD, and keyboards

• Assist with software improvements

• Continually and proactively monitor and suggest improvements on security and privacy networks

• Maintain diligent records of repairs and schedule additional log for future repairs

• Have a proficiency with troubleshooting network issues, including LAN and WAN

• Have experience with Office 365, Active Directory, Remote desktop application, firewalls, data encryption, privacy guidelines, and antivirus software Apply for this job
