Contract Duration: 6 Months (Possibly It extends)
Pay: $49.50

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administration of the Microsoft Tenant including but not limited to Azure AD, User ID Creation, Modification and Support for extended Microsoft Security Stack (see secondary skills)
• Trouble shooting of Microsoft issues with users as first level support.

What you bring to the team:

• Required Experience and Training
o 5+ Years working as a PC Lan Technician with extended knowledge in Networks, supporting users in a ServiceDesk forum.
o 5+ Years working as a Microsoft Administrator in O365 Cloud Environment.
o Deep knowledge of ITIL processes
o Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator, or others.

Required Skills
o Customer Service: Excellent customer service and communication skills to assist end-users effectively and professionally.
o Technical Proficiency: Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS), and common software applications.
o Software Installation: Proficiency in installing, configuring, and updating software applications and drivers.
o Hardware Maintenance: Skills in hardware maintenance, including assembling and disassembling computer components, upgrading RAM and storage, and replacing peripherals.
o Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
o Networking Basics: Basic understanding of networking concepts, including IP addressing, subnetting, and LAN configurations.
o User Account Management: Knowledge of user account creation, modification, and permissions management in a network environment.
o Security Awareness: Awareness of security best practices and the ability to assist in implementing security measures (e.g., antivirus updates, user education).
o Documentation Skills: Ability to create and maintain documentation, user manuals, and knowledge base articles.
o Remote Support: Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques for aiding off-site users.
o Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
o Time Management: Effective time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple support requests concurrently.
o M365 Administration: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, including user management, licensing, and permissions.
o Desktop and Mobile Management: Experience in managing and maintaining desktop and mobile devices within the Microsoft 365 environment.
o Microsoft Stack: Knowledge of other Microsoft 365 components such as SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, and OneDrive.
o Microsoft Teams: Familiarity with Microsoft Teams administration and integration.
o Troubleshooting Skills: Proficient troubleshooting skills to address desktop, mobile, and Microsoft 365-related issues effectively.
o Documentation: Ability to create and maintain documentation for configurations, policies, and procedures.
o Attention to Detail: Attention to detail when documenting incidents, performing routine maintenance, and managing inventory.
o Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic IT environment and learn new technologies as needed.
o Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with IT teams, including second-level support and network administrators, for issue escalation and resolution.
o Knowledge of ITIL: Familiarity with ITIL principles and practices, especially related to incident management.
o Compliance Awareness: Understanding of IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance.
 
Preferred skills and qualifications:
o Experience in Advanced Microsoft Applications and Security Tools: including Intune (MDM, MAM), PowerShell, DLP, Sentinel, ATP.
o Azure Active Directory: Knowledge of Azure AD for identity management and authentication.
o Advanced Security Configuration: Ability to configure advanced security settings within Microsoft 365.
o Power Automate (Flow): Knowledge of Power Automate for workflow automation.
o Power BI: Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
o Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users, providing technical support and guidance.
o E Vendor Collaboration: Experience in collaborating with Microsoft or other vendors for issue resolution and update.
