Desktop Management - MAC Field Services
Location : Bentonville - AR
Shift : Day 8 AM TO 5 PM CST
Roles and responsibilities :-
• Packing and Shipping of assets on a daily basis.
• Delivery & shipment on all Cognizant procured IT Assets includes Laptops Desktops Printers Scanners IP Phones Mobile Phones It Accessories Network and Server devices.
• IT Assets & Accessories Allocations and updating in MMO/MMI Portal on daily basis.
• Stock verification and updating in ITAM using PAV
• Inventory Update - Asset Status in MMO/MMI and addressing all Query from HAM team.
• Cognizant IT procured Laptops & Desktops Allocation/De-allocation based on MMO/MMI and On-boarding portals
• Clearance approvals for assets returned
• IT Assets hardware call logging for warranty laptops in stock.
• Imaging Laptops with Cognizant SCCM OSD -Standard Operating Environment / AP adoption
• MAC Laptops -Installation -OS Upgrade to Latest Version & JAMF enrollment before shipment.
• Cognizant provided Mobile Phones & SIM Cards - Allocation/De-allocation/Hardware Issues Call logging
• Work on End point compliance (parameters - AD/AV/MBAM/Avecto/SCCM/DLP) as per Cognizant IT baseline
• Verifying Check list on the Endpoint Compliance (AV Filefalut AD MDM Profile)
• VIP EUCS End User Support.
• Hands and feet support for all the maintenance activity with T&E Approval based on the Service tower requirements
• All other activity will be considered as out of scope.
• All M&A and NIB Asset management is out of scope.
