Deskside Support Level 2

Our client is looking for skilled a Deskside Support contractor for a 3 month contract, with the option to extend or direct hire.

Responsibilities:

• Support end users utilizing ServiceNow ticket tracking
• Hardware/Software installation and support
• Hardware break/fix
• Printer support
• Network support

Requirements:

• 3+ years Deskside Support Experience
• ServiceNow ticket handling
• Microsoft Windows support and troubleshooting
• Perform basic support for Desktop & Laptop:
• RAM upgrade
• Keyboard exchange
• SSD HD replacement"
• Assistance on Software related issues (Standard & Non-Standard)
• Microsoft Office 365 suite
• Software deployment
• Good oral and written communication skills in local language + English
• Good interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience level:

• 3 years

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• Sanford, NC: Relocate before starting work (Required)
