Required skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
- 8+ years of vehicle design experience in the areas of Door/Closure or Body systems.
- Excellent communication and team-building skills.
- Ability to lead design teams through the integration of related sub-systems into closure structure.
- Broad knowledge of NHSTA/FMVSS requirements related to closure systems.
- Ability and Desire to work in a fun and fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $80,504.13 - $96,951.22 per year
