- Develop, create, and implement plans within the 245D regulations
- Complete ongoing training individually and with staff members on appropriate behaviors and job functions
- Coach and training direct reports & provide leadership within the organization
- Ensure all safety policies are followed
- Provide direct care to clients as needed
- Communicate with leadership team on operations, clients, and team members
