Shive-Hattery is seeking an entry-level Design Technology Specialist to join our dynamic Design and Technology Innovation (DaTI) group. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in driving innovation and shaping the future of the architecture and engineering industry.
About DaTI:
Our Design and Technology Innovation group focuses on how future technologies and emerging trends will influence how Shive-Hattery can serve our clients. They support business growth by helping project teams adopt innovative practices through focused research, testing, and development of process updates addressing changes in tools and technologies.
We share our findings (and a few laughs) on the Innovate Podcast , a self-produced show where DaTI can connect on all things tech. Episode topics vary from research and development projects, tech trends in our industry and within Shive-Hattery, and interviews with experts from across the company.
As an entry-level Design Technology Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in conducting research on emerging trends and technologies in the A/E/C industry
• Collaborating with project teams to test and evaluate emerging trends and technologies
• Assisting in the development of process updates to address changes in tools and technologies
• Presenting research findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders under the guidance of senior team members
• Participating in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies, with guidance and support from senior team members

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
