Design Sales Consultant

Join a dynamic and innovative team specializing in creating exceptional living spaces through personalized window covering solutions. As Design Sales Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of transforming homes and elevating lifestyles. We prioritize creativity, attention to detail, and a client-centric approach in every project.

Our Ideal Candidate has 2+ years’ experience in high-end, in-home Design Sales or high-end retail sales. (Experience with window coverings sales is a plus!)

The Offer

• Your choice of base plus commission or commission only!

• TRUE first year earnings between $55k - $70k+ with no cap on commission

• Bonus opportunities upon meeting sales goals

• Leads provided so you can focus on your designs and client experience!

• Monday - Friday Schedule - 9 am - 5 pm (with an occasional Saturday)

Day in the Life

• Consultative Sales:

  • Conducting in-depth consultations with clients to understand their design preferences, lifestyle, and functional needs.

  • Proposing and presenting tailored window covering solutions that align with the client's vision and enhance their living spaces.

• Design:

  • Utilizing your extensive knowledge in interior design to recommend and coordinate window coverings harmoniously with existing or planned decor elements.

  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and product innovations, you’ll offer clients cutting-edge design solutions.

• Execute:

  • Utilizing design software and tools to create visual proposals, quotes, and design plans for clients.

  • Ensure accuracy in measurements and specifications for seamless implementation.

• Engage:

  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients by offering exceptional service and proactive communication.

  • Own the client experience from initial contact to post-installation, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

  • Actively participate in local networking groups and events to expand professional connections and grow the client base.

  • Contribute to community involvement initiatives, showcasing our commitment to enhancing local living spaces.
