You'll interpret internal or external business issues and recommend best practices. Also, we'll look to you to solve complex problems, take a broad perspective to identify different solutions, as well as guide others in solving complex issues in specialized areas based on existing solutions and procedures.

Typical salary range for this position is $213,800 to 280,650 - and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
Licensed and registered as a Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of New York
Strong organizational and communication skills and leadership abilities
Substantial years of experience managing design for highway or bridge projects, preferably in the New York transportation infrastructure market
Design-Build management experience
Design experience on projects of > $ 300 M construction cost
