Position Overview
The PLM, System Engineering and EUD group generates many customer-facing documents and presentations. Historically, the graphics used in these customer documents are the same as used for our internal design meetings and documents. Our competition's documents and presentations seem to have a more polished look, that we would like to either match or exceed.
Responsibilities
Intern will work under the guidance of PLM. The main task is to create the icons for the SubCom team to then generate graphics for our customer-facing documents.
Qualifications
Job Impact:
In this role, you will work closely with the PLM, System Engineering, System Design and End-User Documentations teams. You will also get some guidance on brand awareness and alignment from our Marketing Communications team. In this fast paced and dynamic environment, one can develop the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects while optimizing efficiency and producing graphics that will be used by various teams throughout SubCom.

- Create a database of icons that can be used by the SubCom team to create graphics for our customer-facing documents and presentations. This would be inclusive of cable, wet plant bodies, dry plant product and software features.

Qualifications
- Major in Graphic Design.
- Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
- Ability to work independently, be a quick learner and a team player.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests.
