The Role + Purpose:
The Color Librarian will be responsible for running the color library in all aspects including:
  • Working with design leads on the creation of seasonal color palettes for Women's, Men's, Crewcuts, and Factory
  • Ordering color standards from color services, processing and coding invoices, and maintaining vendor relationships
  • The creation of color chips and physical color palettes
  • Managing color palette distribution calendar
  • PLM data entry seasonally for each division
  • The upkeep of the color library - restocking color chips on the color wall, maintaining color boxes and envelopes, ensuring all colors reflected are current
  • Seasonal help with matching colors and additional needs of the design, merch, production and factory needs

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience working in a color library
  • Knowledge of Flex PLM knowledge a plus
  • Adobe Photoshop knowledge a plus
  • Ability to use Adobe Illustrator to create color palette files
  • BS/BFA degree
  • Must have good eye for color
  • Self- directed
  • Team player
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Good follow through, sense of urgency
  • Extremely detailed oriented
  • Strong multitasking ability

Salary Range: $64,200.00 - $77,000.00
