Job Description
The Marketing and Digital Content Coordinator primary roles are:
- Design Work: Using approved style guides to create marketing materials like annual reports
- Website Management: Building, editing and updating content regularly
- Social Media: Generate constant content, take pictures, create videos and track analytics
- Video Creation/Editing:
- E-newsletters: Create content and design; multiple a month
- Manage budgets, meet deadlines, file management/archiving work regularly, communicate clearly
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Arts, Communications, or related fields. Minimum of three years’ experience working with marketing, design, web management, video creation/editing, and social media management.
Requirements: Cover letter required. Proficient in all the following: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), WordPress (or similar), Microsoft Office, Constant Contact (or similar), YouTube, Facebook, Instagram
Skills: Must be able to communicate well verbally and in handwritten form with colleagues, superiors, clients, and community personnel. Must be able to acquire information from a variety of sources as deadlines approach. Must be able to manage competing demands and use time effectively. Must work well with limited supervision and be able to solve problems independently and quickly. Must be a self-starter. Must be able to organize projects and content consistently in shared folders. Rare, but occasional evening/weekend work is required. Should be able to lift 25 lbs.
