Dermatology Triage

As a Dermatological Triage, Your Responsibilities Include

• Function as the intermediary between our providers and their patients
• Receive and make phone calls to patients
• Assist patients with prescription refills and answer their questions regarding their treatments
• Communicate with providers to relay pertinent information to the patients
• Coordinate with our Biologics department

Triage Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• A minimum of 1 year experience in a clinical dermatology setting
• Knowledge of dermatological terms, issues, and treatments
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
