Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Deputy TOG Leader to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing:

  • Responsible for coordinating and maintaining TOG IT system functionality. Acts as primary Technical Operations Group (TOG) interlocutor with client representatives as well as incorporating client operational and policy requirements into TOG operations.
  • Maintains quality control and assurance standards in accordance with client requirements
  • Provides direct support to DSCC leadership and support Watch needs, as assigned. Responsible for maintaining command and control of TOG staff, including the fulfillment of corporate requirements such as performance of annual evaluations, establishing pay raise recommendations, mentoring and coordinating employee development needs.
  • Develop, maintain, and interact with liaisons within the Intelligence and Law Enforcement Communities. Participate in formal interagency committees, conferences, task forces, and working groups to ensure the protection of national security information, facilities and personnel.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Must have a current U.S. Government final TOP SECRET Personnel Security Clearance and must be approved for SCI access upon employment. Must be eligible for and able to obtain and maintain required Security Clearance/access approvals.
  • High school diploma or GED required. At least 2 years of experience is required in an Intel Analyst I role or equivalent with a demonstrated ability to maintain the command and control of TOG staff.
  • Previous supervisory experience is required. Prior military experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will have had experience as a Marine Security Guard or duty in a watch operations center.
  • Geospatial imagery experience is a plus as is experience with VSOC software.
  • Candidate must be detail-oriented and will be accountable for a high standard of precision in their work product. Position requires motivation and the ability to work effectively in a demanding, time sensitive and often times charged environment.
  • Must have proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and be able to learn new software as situation dictates. Position requires self-motivation and the ability to work effectively under minimum supervision
  • Ideal candidate will have experience managing a variety of support functions in a high profile environment. Strong communication and writing skills a must.
  • Experience with the interpretation and implementation of government regulations and policies and/or a strong understanding of Bureau of Diplomatic Security worldwide operations preferred.

Salary Range:
$92,200.00 - $161,400.00
