Job Description
Lead a team of intelligence analysts in representing Watchlist interests to customer partners and other Intelligence Community entities. This includes spearheading education efforts on the Watchlist effort in order to optimize synergy on the topic within client spaces and with client IC partners. It also includes managing Watchlist related requests from multiple sources while adhering to high quality and accuracy standards. It includes strong collaboration skills within the Watchlist program in order to champion ideas and possible outcomes with partners. Your leadership will support several facets of U.S. Government counterterrorism efforts and contribute to the IC's knowledge and prevention of potential threats.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Possesses a TS/SCI, plus polygraph
• Five years of experience on a Watchlist production program
• Three years of experience leading Watchlist analysts and managing quality production of Watchlist products
• Possesses a network of contacts within the Watchlist community
• Demonstrated interaction with senior USG officials in a professional, diplomatic manner
• Demonstrated ability to clearly, effectively and professionally respond to inquiries via email
• Experience educating the IC on watchlist standards, processes and procedures
• Demonstrated excellent briefing skills to audiences at any organizational level
• Excellent reading comprehension skills and the ability to quickly identify and extract key information
• Detail-oriented with a proficiency for researching, analyzing, and prioritizing information
• Strong problem-solving, analytic, and written and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
• Basic computer skills, including a willingness to manipulate multiple applications and databases
• Willingness to successfully complete mandatory training courses and periodic quality assurance reviews
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, juggling concurrent tasks and meeting daily deadlines
• Demonstrated knowledge of document and data analysis and experience with synthesizing large amounts of data

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $122870 - $208890
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
