This position consists of administrative assistance, accounting, billing, and receptionist. Must demonstrate excellent time management skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills. Other job duties consist of the ability to prioritize and address multiple tasks, working knowledge of general office operations and computer programs including QuickBooks, Excel, and Word.
Required: High school diploma or equivalent, two years’ experience in general office position, two years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, proficiency at office procedures, filing systems, record keeping, and communication.
The starting pay range is $17-$19/hour. Benefits include Health Insurance Package, Retirement, Vacation and Sick Time.
