To lead department in development, implementation and management of financial, human resource, grants and administrative expertise and guidance within the Department of Pharmacology, with general supervision from Department Chair.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or related field and two to three years related experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired. Experience and proficiency with spreadsheet, database, and information technology applications required. Effective communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required.
6-month probationary period is required.
