Location/Division Specific InformationWorking in a service depot located in Newington, NH.
Discover Impactful Work:This position is for repairing equipment coming in from customers, a strong refrigeration background is needed as well as communication skills.
A day in the Life:Primary duties include performing repairs in depot of Cold Storage and Temperature Control products (baths, circulators, re-circulators, chillers, freezers, centrifuges, etc.) This includes performing evaluation, repairs, and testing of customer equipment. Also, required to identify service resource and tooling needs while alerting management of product repair trends. Additional duties could include assisting with receiving/shipping and talking to customers. As well as occasional Field calls for PM’s or small repairs.
- Maintain and service equipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Perform Customer Services, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing customer equipment and field installations of applicable products.
- Calibrate customer equipment according to specifications.
- Provide adequate documentation and reports upon completion of each assigned job.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Refrigeration knowledge and EPA Certification preferred.
- Mechanically/Electrically proficient
- Pipe brazing and soldering skills.
- Solid troubleshooting skills
- Familiar with Freezer and chiller equipment is a plus.
- Solid computer skills with email, excel, word, spreadsheets, etc.
- Professional demeanor, positive personality, integrity.

- Able to work overtime as required.
- Able to travel, including some overnight stays, up to 25%.

- The ability to lift, up to 40 pounds independently. Ability to stand a majority of the day.
