1.0 FTE - Day Shift - Northwest Family Medicine

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational skills
• Outstanding prioritization skills/easily adapts to last-minute changes in priorities
• Self-directed and highly motivated individual
• Excellent keyboard and/or computer skills (Windows experience helpful)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Medical background preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Copies and faxes various forms/information to outsides facilities.
• Completes demographic portion of paperwork and scanning documents.
• Manages clinician outbox.
• Works closely with clinicians and nursing staff.
• Completes and sends out daily huddles.
• Attends education and training seminars.
• Orders supplies and stocks department.
• Monitors all office machines.
• Updates/stocks on-hand department documents.
• Assists patients with transportation within the building.
• Transports specimens to lab.
• Assists with patient inquiries related to paperwork requests and other forms.
• Assists with department registry.
• Completes pre-visit planning.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of department.
• Maintains exam rooms.
• Facilitates monthly provider of the day calendar.
• Checks for out-dates on expired supplies and sends them back to central supply.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
