Who we are

Order Management Services (OMS) is a collaborative, multi-functional department comprised of five functional and impactful parts combining efforts to deliver agile logistical solutions enabling retail executional excellence. OMS provides a range of fundamental tools in support of end-to-end processes linked to Order Process Operations, Floorplan Design, Fixture and Product Order Management, Progressive Technology implementation and other Special Project opportunities via our all encompassing Fusion Team.

What this role entails and how you’ll contribute

The Department Category Planning Analyst (DCPA) employs various tools and data alongside Chain and Channel strategies to determine the best use of floor plan space for Hallmark's various product lines.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
The following is required to be considered for this role:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 4 years professional work experience
  • Experience in Microsoft Tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams)
