We are seeking strong, dependable Security Agents to join our growing organization. In
this position, you will patrol site premises to ensure the safety of personnel, goods, and
surroundings. You must possess physical stamina and a keen intuitive sense, able to
quickly identify problems and resolve them responsibly according to all laws and
company protocols.
WE START AT $22/HR with proper credentials. If you don’t have these credentials, NO
WORRIES - WE WILL TRAIN YOU.

Security Agent’s Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be always vigilant and alert, always looking for usual or dangerous activity.
- Maintain a confident and authoritative presence to deter potential offenders.
- Stand guard at building entrances/exits; ensure only those authorized enter and exit.
- Escort employees to their vehicles at night if requested.
- Maintain records of and report incidents to superiors.
- Work collaboratively and communicate with other security personnel (using radio systems) to maintain a safe environment.
- Walk the perimeter of the building and/or property, looking for possible security breaches (unlocked doors, open or broken windows) and act accordingly.
- Monitor security surveillance cameras and video screens.
- Set and respond to alarms; sound alarms and/or call for outside assistance (police, fire, ambulance care, etc.) when needed in emergencies.
- Take instructions from supervisors, work according to company protocol, state laws, and regulations.
Security Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Knowledge of self-defense and/or previous work in security a plus; First-Aid/CPR certification a plus.
- Able to pass state background check, possess a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem solver with experience in conflict resolution; able to quickly deescalate stressful situations.
- Physically and mentally fit, able to work long hours on one's feet.
- A confident and calm disposition.
- Willing to intervene in potentially dangerous situations to protect others.
- Keen observation skills; adept at identifying suspicious behavior and activities.
- Solid judgment and moral aptitude.
Denver or Greeley Armed Guard Card Required.
MED Badge a plus.
Driver’s License required.
