- Inform patients of financial treatment plan options
- Log lab work appropriately (Lab Log)
- Prepares patient financial action plans.
- Maintain patient chart in document center
- Enters insurance checks, electronic payments
- Researches patient insurance benefits on diagnosed treatment.
- Coordinates patient financial arrangements according to the financial policy.
- Maintains appropriate financial documentation, including signed financial agreements of financing treatment.
- Records patient financial discussions.
- Arranges the patient’s treatment-planning schedule and books appointments.
- Monitors payments to ensure treatment financing is followed through appropriately.
- Reviews patient charts for any incomplete treatment.
- Verifies charts have complete insurance information.
- Walk out procedures per Doctors
- Estimates costs of treatment provided.
- Contacts patients when pre-authorization is received and proceeds with scheduling.
- Collects patient’s portion and any unpaid agreements
- Register new patients according to established office protocols
- Assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation • Verify and update patient information
- Inform patients of dental office procedures and policy
- Move patients through appointments as scheduled • Enter all relevant patient information into data system
