Dental Practice Manager

**Vivid Smiles** is a premier FAMILY OWNED Dental Practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and hospitality in a state-of-the-art environment. We are currently seeking an experienced **Dental Practice Manager** with a minimum of 3 years of dental office management experience to join our team and lead the operations of our practice. With a commitment to delivering the highest standard of care through innovative technology, we strive to create a positive and comfortable experience for our patients.

**Responsibilities:**

**Exceptional Patient Care and Customer Service:**
- Cultivate an office environment that prioritizes optimal patient care and hospitality.
- Develop and implement strategies to elevate patient satisfaction and foster loyalty.
- Present comprehensive treatment plans to patients, addressing their dental needs with clarity and empathy.

**Staff Management:**
- Supervise front and back office staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide training and onboarding for new employees, acquainting them with their roles and responsibilities.
- Enforce policies and procedures, holding each team member accountable for their duties.
- Offer ongoing training and support to front office staff.

**Office Operations and Administration:**
- Manage various administrative tasks, including accounts receivable management and processing insurance claims.
- Utilize software systems for data management and reporting, with a preference for experience with Dentrix.
- Ensure compliance with state dental laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR on employee matters, including recruitment, retention, and termination.

**Leadership and Communication:**
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, inspiring and motivating the team.
- Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and external stakeholders.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional development.

**Qualifications:**
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to adapt to new programs and platforms.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
- Minimum of 3 years of dental office management experience.
- Thorough understanding of dentistry and dental procedures.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Dentrix software is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
