DENTAL / ORTHODONTIC SCHEDULING COORDINATOR (Front Office)

Scheduling Coordinator / Receptionist position available!!!

We are looking for an Orthodontic Scheduling Coordinator / Receptionist to join our growing practice. We are an established private office (not a clinic) with two locations in the South Bay (San Pedro and Torrance). Our office is known for providing superior orthodontic care in a warm, friendly, fun and caring environment. Our office schedule allows for the perfect work-life balance. POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• basic receptionist duties including answering phone and scheduling appointments
• follow up with pending/recall patients
• manage office schedule and incoming/outgoing correspondences
• manage office social media
• provide backup to the financial coordinator and treatment coordinator
• approximately 32-37 hours/week
• regular office hours: M-Th 7:45-5:00, F 9:00-1:00 (one Sat 7:45-1:00 every other month during the school year only)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• minimum of 1 year of receptionist experience in the dental field
• ability to provide outstanding customer service
• excellent communication and organizational skills
• detail oriented
• excellent phone voice
• proficient computer skills
• ability to multi-task
• dependable, conscientious, team player, willing to learn new skills
• must have reliable transportation to both of our office locations
