Dental Hygienists:

At Hudec Dental, we recognize the immediate need for Hygienists across the country. What separates Hudec from other practices is our ability to offer each candidate the opportunity to choose their own schedule and structure of pay. Hudec Dental appreciates Dental Hygienists as providers, not as an extension of the Dentists, and we value the deeply felt connections our Hygienists forage with their patients.

Compensation:

$70,000-$120,000/year (annualized base salary & commissions structures.)

Choose 1 Joining Bonus:

• $5,000 for hygienist who commits to 2 years when signing contract
• $200 monthly car allowance (for 2 years)
• Opportunity to earn 10% of amount you exceed the previous year’s annualized individual revenues by $10,000+.
