Trident Dental and Orthodontics is a new dental practice in North West Houston on Hwy 6 between I-10 & 290. We are a high production general & specialty practice. Our office is staffed with professional doctors and wonderful staff that focus on comprehensive care of our patients.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused bilingual individual to join our high-production dental office as a Patient Contact Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to leads interested in dental implants and braces and managing appointment requests from the website and social media platforms.
Additionally, this role involves answering inbound calls from existing and potential patients, as well as recalling existing patients to ensure the maintenance of their oral hygiene schedules.
This position requires excellent English and Spanish communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient service
Compensation:
You will make $18 to $28 per hour depending on your experience and/or your performance.
Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calls:
- Initiate outbound calls to leads generated from the website and social media regarding dental implant and braces inquiries.
- Provide information on our services, answer questions, and schedule consultations for interested individuals.
- Follow up on leads to ensure a positive patient experience and facilitate their journey through the dental care process.
2. Inbound Calls:
- Answer incoming calls from existing and new patients promptly and professionally.
- Assist callers with appointment scheduling, treatment inquiries, and general information about our dental services.
- Handle inquiries with empathy and ensure a positive interaction that reflects our commitment to patient satisfaction.
3. Appointment Scheduling:
- Efficiently schedule appointments for new and existing patients based on their needs and the availability of dental professionals.
- Coordinate with the office staff to optimize the appointment calendar and ensure smooth patient flow.
4. Recall Management:
- Constantly maintain full schedule of hygiene appointments for the hygienist in next 2 days
- Contact existing patients to schedule and confirm hygiene appointments, promoting ongoing oral health.
- Implement an effective recall system to ensure timely follow-ups with patients due for routine check-ups and treatments.
5. Patient Education:
- Provide basic information on dental procedures, post-treatment care, and answer common questions to educate patients.
- Communicate effectively to alleviate concerns and create a positive experience for patients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working for dental office
- Previous experience in a Call Center or customer service role
- Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English
- Ability to type over 50 WPM (words per minute)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with patients and their inquiries.
- Knowledge of cosmetic dental procedures, implants, veneers and braces is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using social media, office softwares and phone systems.
