Dental Group CFO 

23M Revenue Dental Group seeks Finance Leader with existing track record of success in the multiunit dental/medical industry. 

Are you good at making sure the financials are produced on time and with a high degree of accuracy?  That’s great, but not enough. 

Are you good at taking the financials and using them to create a list of KPI’s and metrics that the operations teams should be aiming for?  That’s great, but not enough. 

Are you good at taking a list of KPI’s and metrics for the operations teams and creating a roadmap of changes for them to follow in order to achieve their goal on the KPI’s and metrics?  That’s great, but not enough. 

Can you work with operational teams, communicate with them, train them as needed, and take responsibility for the company metrics and KPI’s per the roadmap that you’ve created?  Welcome to the team!  Driving change though the organization is the key to success for our executive team.  Finger pointing, “I did my part but they didn’t do theirs”, “that’s not my job”, and “they don’t report to me so it’s not my fault” just doesn’t work here. 

Our executives do not just sit in HQ and work behind the scenes.  Our most valuable activities are done in the field helping to insure that change is implemented in the organization.  We take responsibility for results even when the teams don’t report directly to us.  This is much more than a behind the desk number cruncher position.  While you must have mastery of the financials, the real goal of the role is to drive change in the organization which makes a measurable difference in the financials.   

3 years experience at the Director level or above at a multi unit dental or medical group is required.
