SalaryWe are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. We are a Monday-Thursday office who believes in work life balance.
Office hours are: Monday and Tuesday 7:45am-5pm and Wednesday-Thursday 6:45am to 4pm
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, go over treatment plan
- Verify patient information and insurance details
- Work as a team
- Work on keeping both hygiene and doctor schedule full
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Professional communication with patients and all staff members
- Experience with Open Dental or similar dental software is preferred
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
- At least 1 year dental experience
