We are seeking a qualified Front Desk Receptionist/ Treatment Coordinator who enjoys patient care, while earning a competitive salary, in a professional and respectful environment. While busy, our doctors prefer to see one patient at a time, not run multiple columns.

We are looking for a good communicator who will make the dentist’s office more efficient and pleasant for patients. Duties will include:

• Welcome patients and prepare them for treatment ensuring their comfort.
• Verify insurance benefits and present treatment.
• Prepare treatment plans for the next day.
• Answer the phone and schedule patients
• Educate patients with their current and next treatment plan.
• Communicate openly with the back office to assure a smooth patient flow.

This is a full-time position Monday through Friday. We offer a competitive salary and paid vacation, holidays and 401K.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
