Duties:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to patients and clients
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual)
- Proficient in medical terminology and knowledge of medical office procedures
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening and empathy
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
