Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Dental Claims Submissions Specialist. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently submitting insurance claims in this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate Dental Xchange and various insurance systems.

Responsibilities:

• Claim Preparation:
• Compile and review documentation required for submission of insurance claims.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all necessary information. - System Navigation:
• Utilize Dental Xchange and various insurance portals and systems to submit claims electronically.
• Strong understanding of dental insurance processes and procedures, ability to work a high volume of claims daily.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Dental Xchange and other insurance systems.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attend daily/weekly meetings. via Google Meet/Zoom
• Previous experience in Dental Claims submission or a related field is preferred.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in dental insurance claims submission or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of dental billing practices.
• DentalXchange knowledge is a must.
• Familiarity with various insurance portals and systems.
• Denticon knowledge is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
