Dental CAD/CAM Designer

We are seeking a skilled dental technician for the CAD CAM department to join our exciting team. The position will require knowledge in designing full arch implant cases, implant crowns, and full mouth reconstruction using Exocad software. The Dental CAD/CAM Designer will ensure prosthetics are high-quality and visually esthetic. Britely uses top rated materials to provide our patients with the lasting smiles they deserve. Essential Functions

- Scan, design, and fabricate dental prosthesis using CAD / CAM software and technology
- Responsible for producing the esthetics that our customers have come to expect
- Read and understand the doctor’s prescription to understand the processes needed to fulfill the requirements of the prescription
- Scan models or receive scanned models or impressions and import into CAD software
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, while consistently producing quality restorations
- Design cases according to Doctors' prescription requests using CAD/CAM software
- Maintain strong attention to detail to produce high quality designs that meet doctors' specifications
- Use designated lab software for task assignment and completion of case
- Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordination work efforts with other employees and organizations

Preferred Education and Experience
- 3 to 5 years of Dental Ceramic Experience
- 3 to 5 years of Dental Laboratory Experience
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, Dental Ceramists often work with hazardous equipment that could result in minor injuries. Dental Ceramists need to be able to work while wearing safety goggles or gloves and use both hands at the same time when necessary, and have good hand-eye coordination.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works indoors in temperature controlled settings. Dental Ceramists can be exposed to sounds and noise levels that are often distracting.
