Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in forecasting or Demand Planning for retail channels
- Bachelor's Degree in Math, Business, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, related field, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel (advanced/nested formulas, pivot tables, power query)
- Familiarity with or experience using self-service business intelligence tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau
- Previous experience working with syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI/SPINS)
Job Description:
- Support process collaborating with stakeholders in Sales, Operations, and Finance to arrive at a consensus demand forecast while capturing dynamic changes in the retail environment
- Generate statistical baseline consumption forecast for key retail accounts, as well as projections for indirect distribution
- Update total weekly volume forecasts by product line based on changes in customers' promotion schedules, inventories, and planogram changes
- Coordinate new item and discontinuation planning process balancing final production dates, company/customer inventories, and current depletion rates.
- Provide clear visibility to project status for all stakeholders in Sales and Operations
- Execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting as needed to support internal processes
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Advanced data analysis, forecasting, and reporting skills to support Sales & Operations Planning
- Manages multiple, large datasets for high-level analysis and impact on the business
- Basic knowledge of statistics, machine learning, and automation
- Direct experience with or knowledge of commercial Demand Planning software
- Works cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Sales Operations and Marketing groups
- Desire to take initiative and work through complex business problems
- Ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple priorities

- Pay Range: $80,000 to $90,000
