Route Delivery Position - Non-alcohol Product

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Must be at least 21 years of age

· Must have clean motor vehicle report (MVR) to operate a company van or box truck; must pass driving test

· Must pass pre-employment drug test, physical, background check. Must participate in random drug testing throughout

employment. If unable to pass a drug test at ANY time, applicant should not apply. Applicants with a medical marijuana card are not accepted as this is a safety sensitive position

· Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate several projects simultaneously, frequently on a tight deadline

· Ability to perform physical requirements of the job and perform route duties with excellent time management is required

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Work with salesman and supervisors to effectively service retail accounts and build sales

· Deliver and merchandise product in designated retail accounts to stores in an eight county area

· Restock account inventories by moving product from back rooms to cold boxes, displays and shelves (cold & warm), ensuring all products are within code date & of saleable quality

· Stock shelves, merchandise and display product as directed with appropriate prepared promotional materials; monitor pricing in retail accounts & communicate discrepancies to management

· Inspect product and confirm accurate deliveries according to requested order

· Provide warehouse assistance or other route help as needed

· Responsible for the collection of payment, daily route reconciliation, and next day’s load and truck preparation

· Assure customer satisfaction, be friendly, courteous and professional; must be dressed and groomed in professional manner at all times

· Develop and maintain good communication with retail account managers & employees

· Operate assigned delivery vehicle in safe, legal manner as prescribed in federal and state regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures; maintain driver’s license and DOT health, safety and regulation specifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
