Delivery Team Member Driver 185/Day

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and Unloading: Safely and efficiently load and unload furniture and appliances from delivery trucks.
• Customer Service: Deliver items to customers' homes while maintaining a courteous and professional attitude. Provide exceptional service and handle any customer inquiries or concerns with care.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with the Delivery Team to complete deliveries within specified timeframes. Work together efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure all items are delivered in perfect condition and that the delivery process is carried out with precision.
• Safely operate equipment such as pallet jacks, Appliance dolly's, Lifting Straps , 4 wheel furniture dolly's.
• Perform heavy lifting and moving of products
• Ensure accurate and efficient delivery of goods to customers
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working in the warehouse and during deliveries.
• Be respectful of the Customer home.
• Being aware of your surroundings while in and out of the Customers home to prevent property damages.
• Assist Driver with navigating routes.
• Shift starts at 6am
• 1099 Postion
• DRIVERS MUST have clean MVR.
• Drivers applying must have at least a Class E license.
• MUST Be able to pass background check

Skills

• - Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
• Critical thinking skills
• Ability to drive a 26 ft box truck.
• Must have clean driving record

- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate delivery of goods

- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with the delivery driver, dispatch and customers- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet delivery deadlines

-Must be at least 21 years old and have reliable transportation to and from work.

-Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy furniture and appliances.

- Professional attitude and appearance.

- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

-Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service

Note: A valid Class E driver's license is required for this position.
