Job Overview: As an Interior Delivery Specialist, you will play a vital role in our delivery operations, ensuring that our clients receive their furniture and decor items with the utmost care and professionalism. You will be responsible for delivering and installing furniture in clients' homes, providing exceptional customer service, and upholding our company's commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

· Safely transport furniture and decor items to clients' homes in a timely manner.

· Coordinate delivery schedules and routes to optimize efficiency.

· Unload and carry furniture into clients' homes, ensuring careful handling & placement.

· Assemble & install furniture according to manufacturer instructions & client preferences.

· Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.

· Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members to coordinate delivery logistics and resolve any issues that arise.

· Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle and equipment.

· Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in white glove delivery preferred.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy items.

· Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
