Delivery Route Driver

The Route Driver is one of the primary faces of the Gateway Tire Southeast business, responsible for both accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.

Some of the primary duties include/but are not limited to:

1. Being on time ready to work each day.

2. Loading the delivery trucks.

3. Unloading the trucks at designated customer locations.

4. Verifying delivery invoices for accuracy of the deliveries.

5. Interacting with the customers for paperwork completion as well as relationship building.

6. Receiving payments from customers as appropriate.

Job Specifications:

1. Schedule: Monday through Friday (40-60 hours per week depending on route with overtime pay).

2. Pay: 40-60 hours per week depending on route. Salary listed is based on $15 per hour at 40 hours per week up to 60 hours per week. Overtime is paid for anything over 40 hours at a time and a half rate.

3. Requirements: Clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug test, background check, and a DOT physical.

Pay: $31,200.00 - $54,600.00 per year
