SalaryNow hiring a Delivery Lead to join our team! You will assist with routing, help train new drivers, and jumping in to cover routes as needed.
Delivery Lead Job Details:
- Provide leadership support to the Post Falls delivery Team
- Help train new drivers and cover routes when needed
- Working with delivery supervisor to get store checks completed on a monthly basis
- Quality control
- Help out in market as needed
- Manage cleaning and organizing of company vans
- Provide weekly recaps to department heads
- Possible work schedule: Tuesday - Friday or Monday - Thursday 4:30 am start time (4x10s)
Job Qualifications:
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle record and valid driver's license
- Class A CDL required
- Pre-employment drug testing and background check
- Able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds
