What You’ll Do:

As the Delivery Driver, you will handle the loading, unloading, and delivery of product to job sites, along with other service support, to ensure Customer expectations are met in a thorough, timely manner.

Your Accountabilities in the Role:

• You will assist in the unloading of vendor deliveries and staging where appropriate to ensure swift, proper product storage.
• You will deliver product to specified job sites in accordance with a predetermined schedule to ensure timely delivery.
• You will unload the product at the job sites to designated storage areas, following the customer’s guidance, for excellent customer service.
• You will load new product onto the trucks in preparation for next day deliveries, ensuring accurate staging to ensure error-free, on-time, and safe transportation and delivery.
• You will assist with other service and customer orders to support the team and to ensure future customer expectations will be met.

Position Requirements:

• Education: A High School Diploma or GED preferred; will consider an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Experience: 0-1+ years of previous experience in heavy material delivery, warehouse technician, or similar role preferred. Will train the right person.
• Functional Skills: Strong skillset in planning, prioritizing, and organizing; thorough and able to follow instructions. Excellent time management skills and high attention to detail; solid problem-solving and logical application skills; able to work well within a structured environment; strong follow through.
• Technology Skills: Basic MS Office skills preferred.
• Other Behaviors: Self-motivated, able to work independently and within a team environment; prompt with a high sense of urgency. Able to multi-task; strong Customer and team focus; collaborative and safety-minded.

Other Important Information:

Salary: Salary is commensurate with proven expertise.

And, the compensation will grow as the team member grows!

Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Core Hours: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm

Typical Work Week: M-F; occasional weekends; some OT required; 40-45 hours a week on average

Travel: Approximately 50%
