The role of the Delivery Driver/Team Member is to serve guests by delivering a quality customer experience with a welcoming and friendly attitude while ensuring that the food presentation, packaging and quality is top level for every Guest interaction. This role is a critical piece of our daily operation and controls the speed and friendliness of service we provide to our guests within the store and at our guest’s home and/or business.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality customer experience. (Excellent food /Guest interactions)
- Contribute a positive attitude to staff morale
- Prepare, assemble and serve products
- Courteously greet guests, take orders, explain and suggest menu items
- Ensure that products and guest experience are consistent with our brand, culture, and standard of excellence
- Maintain a well-groomed and clean appearance
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Deliver quality products to our guest’s front door and/or workplace

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 21 years of age upon hire date
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
- Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
- Mobility required during shifts
- Must work well under pressure
- Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Must have a good driving history
- If hired will have to provide required driving history record at individuals own cost
- Must upkeep required cell phone and plan for data usage during shift
