```Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse/Driver to join our team. As a Warehouse/Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods and materials to various locations. This position requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate different types of vehicles, including truck and trailers, box trucks, flatbed trailer F650 and route driving. ** Must be able to do heavy lifting **
Duties:
- Safely transport goods and materials to designated locations
- Accurately and efficiently load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment
- Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely deliveries
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating company vehicles
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members
- Assist with warehouse duties as needed
- Self-motivated, eager to work and learn and be a team player
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a warehouse/driver or similar role
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks
- Ability to operate different types of vehicles, including truck and trailers, box trucks, flat-bed trailer F650, forklift
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
