ROLE SUMMARY:
We are looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to distribute our medical products promptly to our customers. You will represent Fluent in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Delivering a wide variety of medical products to different addresses and through different routes
Must drive safety at all costs
Following delivery driving routes and time schedules
Loading, unloading, preparing, inspecting and operating the delivery vehicle
Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients 'complains
Collect payments
Inform customers about new products and services
Complete logs and reports
Qualifications/Experience:
Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver
Valid driver's license for the state of Texas
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good driving record with no traffic violations
High school degree
Skills/Interests:
Must be a multitasker, with the ability to work on several requests simultaneously without losing focus
Organization and initiative, good communications skills, proactive, problem-solving, time management, discretion and confidentiality are essential attributes
Ability to build good relationships. There will be frequent contact with internal and external people, either face to face or by telephone or email
Teamwork- collaborating with others to improve overall standards of work and service
